Rosie is a 2 year old female Chihuahua, weighing 5 pounds.  Rosie is a very sweet but nervous dog. The shelter is terrifying for her and she would do best in a quiet home with a person of her own to snuggle with.  She loves to burrow and nap under covers.  She would do best in a home with other small dogs or no dogs. She needs someone who will have the patience to let her come out of her shell, and trust humans. Adoption fee is $400.
