I'm ready for my new family!

Senior Sweetheart Alert! Meet Briarly - a lovely and loving 10 year old Lab Mix weighing in at 61 pounds. Her proper name is Briarly but she much prefers Red or Lil Red (when she's feeling especially silly). Her hobbies include walks in the park and rolling around in the grass - combine the two and you have yourself one happy doggo. She loves hanging out with her people but does fine at home alone while they’re at work. After losing her home through no fault of her own Red is going with the flow - loving lots of scritches and her favorite treat - baby carrot sticks. She's house trained and crate trained. She rides awesome in the car. She previously lived with children and did well! She is tolerant of other dogs but not especially interested in them and cats? She's a tad too curious about cats and smaller animals so a home without them would be best. She is a great low/medium energy, she can walk 2 miles if you’d like to but is also fine doing her business and going back inside. She would be great for a first time dog owner, she also currently lives in an apartment and does great there! No big house or fenced yard needed. She is excellent on a leash.
